VK Holding LTD is a holding that participates in a number of ventures (see Ventures). The core business of the ventures can be devided into five groups: ground-, road- en water-construction, environmental technics, technical provision of services, construction and project development. The percentage of participation varies from 25 percent to 100 percent.
The roots of the company are in Joost Visser Ground-, Road- and Water-construction. This company was founded in 1917 by Joost Visser in Sliedrecht (Netherlands). During the years the activities where moved to the North of the Netherlands. At this moment the headquarters are located in Nijehaske (Heerenveen-West, Netherlands). Joost Visser Ground-, Road and Water-construction can be considered as the center of all new activities.
VK Holding LTD offers her ventures services, like: the management of a venture or support of the management of a venture, conducting a financial administration, office-management services and letting office space.
